Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb's “Stay Home” order designates Bicycle Garage Indy (BGI) as an essential business. While we are grateful to be considered essential, we believe that fighting the COVID-19 virus is also essential.
"Stay Home" operations: Through April 20th, products and services will be provided only by appointment, and only when the need is related to essential travel as defined on page 8 of the governor's executive order.
Hours: All 3 BGI stores will be available for appointments and phone calls from 10am to 2pm, Tuesday through Saturday. On Sundays and Mondays, BGI stores will be completely closed.
Schedule your visit by phone or email. Please feel free to call during operating hours (above) with questions about products, services, or anything else.
Mobile Bicycle Services: BGI’s mobile bike shop is available. Book an appointment at https://beelinebikes.com/companies/bgi
Online purchases: BGI’s websites will continue to accept orders. Curbside pickup of bicycle products will be available at stores, only by appointment during new operating hours. Ground shipping is available for most items. Fitness equipment will be available for pickup, by appointment only, at BGI’s distribution center, located at 8804 Bash St., Indianapolis, 46256.
I understand that these restrictions are difficult but we at BGI also want to be part of the solution. Our staff will be eager to see our customers and operate at full strength when the crisis has passed. Feel free to contact me with questions or concerns.
