We continue to find ways to protect customers and staff from the virus while also fulfilling our primary mission: facilitating happier, healthier lifestyles with sales & service of bicycles and fitness equipment. Stores are operating on a new schedule, showrooms and service counters are open but we are limiting capacity. We're doing things differently but still here to meet your needs. Please check with your location on specifics of operations.
BGI North: Store opening to a limited number of customers beginning Tuesday, 5/19
To maintain safety, the North store (82nd St.) will have a greeter who will limit the number of customers in the store at any one time.
All BGI team members will wear masks. We encourage you to do the same but masks are not required. Curbside service is available, recommended, and potentially your fastest choice. It works best for pre-paid orders and service department dropoffs / pickups.
BGI South & Downtown operating at curbside by appointment only.
At these locations, please continue to use online ordering, online service scheduling, and support by email or telephone. All pickups and dropoffs must be at curbside and always by appointment.

ONLINE: BGI's online catalog makes it easy to find what you need. Select curbside pickup or ground shipping during checkout Bicycles and large fitness equipment are not able to be shipped.
BY PHONE: Call us during operating hours and we'll be happy to provide answers and guidance.
EMAIL: If you prefer, send an email to one of our 3 stores and we'll do our best to respond by the next business day.
FULFILLMENT: Most accessories are available in 24 - 48 hours. Due to high demand, bikes typically take 3 -7 days. When your order is ready, you'll be contacted to schedule a pickup appointment. All pickups should be scheduled in advance.
Bicycle Service & Repair
BOOK IN ADVANCE: Choose from in-store service at one of our 3 locations or choose mobile service. Schedule an appointment*** for in-store services from this page. For at-home service from our mobile bike shop, book an appointment at https://beelinebikes.com/companies/bgi
While booking, it's okay if you are uncertain about which service package to choose. BGI's staff will assess each bike's condition and communicate with you should any changes be necessary.
BGI South & BGI Downtown continue to operate entirely by appointment and use curbside dropoff / pickup.
BGI North's Service Department recommends that your service work is booked in advance by use of the website***, phone, or email. Curbside dropoff and pickup are also recommended. However, beginning Tuesday, May 19th, the North Service Department can accommodate 1 walk-up customer at a time.
***At the time of this writing, the telephone is the best option for booking service work for the North Service Department. The online booking system is often operating beyond capacity.

How To Drop Off Bikes To Be Serviced
Come to the main entrance of the store during business hours. A BGI team member will greet you and take your bikes into the store. You'll want to have booked your service appointment in advance, either online or over the phone. Quick tasks, such as flat tire repairs, can be handled in one visit but must be scheduled in advance.
How To Pick Up Purchases and Serviced Bikes
Once your new bike, repaired bike, or other order is ready, BGI will be in touch to schedule a pickup time. Come to the main entrance of the store. A BGI team member will greet you, ask about your visit, and then coordinate pickup.
Fitness Equipment Purchases
GARAGE DELIVERY AVAILABLE: Fitness equipment is available for pickup or delivery to your garage.
Pickup: Equipment can be picked-up, by appointment only, at BGI’s distribution center, located at 8804 Bash St., Indianapolis, 46256.
Delivery: Equipment can be delivered to residential garages but not inside homes. Cardio equipment can be delivered in assembled or boxed condition (customer's choice). Home gyms can only be delivered in boxed condition. When the health crisis has passed, BGI technicians will offer relocation of fitness equipment within homes.
