We're finding ways to protect customers and staff from the COVID-19 virus while also fulfilling our primary mission: facilitating happier, healthier lifestyles with sales & service of bicycles and fitness equipment. Some store areas and activities require face coverings at all times. Those include professional bike fitting sessions and one-on-one classes. When visiting our stores, please let us know if you'd like us to take additional precautions such as masks, gloves, and curbside assistance.
Shopping in the era of COVID-19
IN-STORES: The in-store experience is back to normal, with a couple of tweaks. Store hours have changed (see above). We're happy to wear a mask or take any other precaution that makes you comfortable in the store. The availability of bicycles, components, and accessories is still complicated, but much, much better than it was in 2020 or 2021.
ONLINE: BGI's online catalog makes it easy to find what you need. During checkout, select in-store pickup, curbside pickup, or ground shipping. Bicycles and large fitness equipment are not able to be shipped.
BY PHONE: Call us during operating hours and we'll be happy to provide answers and guidance.
EMAIL: If you prefer, send an email to one of our 3 stores and we'll do our best to respond by the next business day.
FULFILLMENT: Most accessories are available for in-store or curbside pickup in 24 - 48 hours. Bikes typically take 3 -7 days.

BGI's service departments recommend that your service work be booked in advance by use of the website, phone, or email.
BOOK IN ADVANCE: Choose from in-store service at one of our 3 locations or
choose "At my home or work" for mobile service*. Use the button below to begin scheduling.
While booking, it's okay if you are uncertain about which service package to choose. BGI's staff will assess each bike's condition and communicate with you should any changes be necessary.
