Returns - At BGI, we stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund.  Fitness equipment will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 10%.  Other restocking fees may apply depending on the condition of the item or packaging.  Store credit may be issued in lieu of the original payment method under certain circumstances such as 1) clearance merchandise 2) original payment type unavailable.

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via ground service (UPS or FedEx Ground)  or use insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)

Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone. Just give us a call, we'll work it out to your satisfaction!

Special policy for end-of-year purchases:  Items purchased between Thanksgiving and December 17th can be returned until New Years Day. (extending beyond the normal 30 day limit)


Most orders will be ready after 5:00 pm the same day if received by 11:00 am (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 11:00 am or on the weekend before Noon can be ready the same day if you would kindly alert us by phone that you placed an order (by calling 317-842-4140 - option 1). Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.


Orders under $200 and under 5 lbs. ship for a flat $9.99.
Orders over $200 and under 5 lbs. ship for free using standard ground.
Heavier orders will carry weight-based surcharges. You'll have the chance to estimate shipping before proceeding to checkout.
Expidited order handling and shipping is available upon request. Please call us to make arrangements. Expidited shipping methods from UPS or FedEx will cost more.
