Both are good for one year from the date of your purchase. All purchases will be accompanied by the relevant owner's information and instructions.
We want you to feel confident and comfortable with the fact that you will not be stuck with a piece of equipment that doesn't perform correctly. If your new equipment is not functioning properly, give us a call. If our technicians make 3 service calls within three months of delivery, and the issues at hand are not resolved to your satisfaction, BGI Fitness will pick up the malfunctioning unit and deliver a new one at no charge.
At BGI Fitness, we really do believe in the saying "Try It, You'll Like It". But what happens if you don't? There is nothing worse than being saddled with something that doesn't work for you. To ease your mind, we offer a "suitability" guarantee. If the equipment has been in your home for less than 30 days, you may return it for a full refund (excludes original delivery/set-up charges). Equipment must be in purchase condition with all documents present. In all situations where equipment pick-up is required, BGI will charge the normal delivery charge for that area and a 10% restocking fee.
