SERVICE OPTIONS
Bicycle Garage Indy’s maintenance packages are the perfect way to get your bicycle trail tuned or road ready.
All maintenance packages include:
- A detailed evaluation and estimate at drop-off
- Our promise to call you before additional work is performed
- BGI's service warranty
- Our 8-point safety inspection
- All prices include labor, shop supplies, lubricant, and material disposal. Parts are not included.
Bicycle Service Packages
Level 1
$75
Inspect frame, fork, wheels, components, & cables
Adjust braking and shifting systems
Chain lubrication
Properly torque all fasteners: nuts & bolts
Test ride for proper operation
Level 2
$125*
Includes everything in Level 1, plus:
Inspect for worn or damaged parts
Adjust all bearings
Lubricate cables and components
Minor wheel truing
Minor frame cleaning
* +$25 for bikes equipped with hydraulic brakes
Level 3
$185
Includes everything in Level 2, plus:
Detailed cleaning of frame, fork, and wheels
Components removal, ultrasonic cleaning, and lubrication
Hydraulic brake service includes cleaning & lubrication of pistons, flush / bleed lines, removal and inspection of pads.
Level 4
$375
Includes everything in Level 3, plus:
Bearing service- clean, lubricate, and replace as needed
Dropper seatpost cable service
SUSPENSION SERVICES
Manufacturers and Bicycle Garage Indy recommend annual service of forks and shocks. Proper maintenance of suspension systems has two benefits: peak performance and longevity. Your needs may vary based on your riding habits as well as trail and weather conditions. All suspension services are performed on-site by our factory-trained staff.
- FORK LOWERS SERVICE - $60
Manufacturer recommended every 50 trail hours - FORK OVERHAUL - $125
Manufacturer recommended at ~100 trail hours - REAR SHOCK - AIR CANISTER SERVICE - $60
Manufacturer recommended at ~50 trail hours; older shocks may require more extensive service - REAR SWINGARM - CLEAN, LUBE & BEARING REPLACEMENT - $100
Manufacturer recommended at ~100-200 trail hours: varies with trail and weather conditions - REAR SHOCK OVERHAUL - $175
Manufacturer recommended at 100-200 trail hours. Older shocks, DRCV, BRAIN, and others might require more extensive service and additional expense. - DROPPER SEATPOST SERVICES
Manufacturer recommended 50 hour service: clean, grease bushing, line service - $100
Manufacturer recommended ~100-200 hours: Overhaul/replace seals, line service - $175-$250 (depending on model)

BGI SERVICE WARRANTY
Bicycle Garage Indy guarantees that all service work is free of defects in both materials and workmanship for ninety days. This warranty does not cover accidents, neglect, abuse, misuse, or normal wear. In no event shall Bicycle Garage Indy be liable for any damages, whether incidental, consequential, or otherwise.
