Bicycle Garage Indy’s maintenance packages are the perfect way to get your bicycle trail tuned or road ready.
All maintenance packages include:

A detailed evaluation and estimate at drop-off
Our promise to call you before additional work is performed
BGI's service warranty
Our 8-point safety inspection
All prices include labor, shop supplies, lubricant, and material disposal. Parts are not included.

Bicycle Service Packages

Level 1

$60

Inspect frame, fork, wheels, components, & cables

Adjust brakes and shifting

Properly torque all fasteners: nuts & bolts

Test ride for proper operation

Level 2

$90

Includes everything in Level 1, plus:

Inspect for worn or damaged parts

True (straighten) front & rear wheels

Adjust all bearings

Lubricate cables and components

Level 3

$140

Includes everything in Level 2, plus:

Detailed cleaning of frame, fork, and wheels

Components removed, cleaned, and lubricated

Major wheel truing (lateral, radial, dish, and tension)

Hydraulic brake service

Level 4

$300

Includes everything in Level 3, plus:

Bearing service- clean, lubricate, and replace as needed

Dropper seatpost cable service

SUSPENSION SERVICES

Manufacturers and Bicycle Garage Indy recommend annual service of forks and shocks. Proper maintenance of suspension systems has two benefits: peak performance and longevity. Your needs may vary based on your riding habits as well as trail and weather conditions. All suspension services are performed on-site by our factory-trained staff.

FORK LOWERS SERVICE - $50
Manufacturer recommended every 50 trail hours
FORK OVERHAUL - $100
Manufacturer recommended at ~100 trail hours
REAR SHOCK - AIR CANISTER SERVICE - $40
Manufacturer recommended at ~50 trail hours; older shocks may require more extensive service
REAR LINKAGE - CLEAN, LUBE & BEARING REPLACEMENT - $60
Manufacturer recommended at ~100-200 trail hours: varies with trail and weather conditions
REAR SHOCK OVERHAUL - $140
Manufacturer recommended at 100-200 trail hours. Older shocks, DRCV, BRAIN, and others might require more extensive service and additional expense.
DROPPER SEATPOST SERVICES
Manufacturer recommended 50 hour service: clean, grease bushing, line service - $75
Manufacturer recommended ~100-200 hours: Overhaul/replace seals, line service - $150-$225 (depending on model)

SCHEDULE AN IN-STORE SERVICE APPOINTMENT

Make an appointment for in-store services and then drop-off your bike just before the appointed day. You'll go fewer days without your bike. Book your appointment using the links below for each store. (Beeline, BGI's mobile bike shop, is a different service. See farther down this page for Beeline.) We'll send you a reminder as your appointment nears. If you're not sure exactly what services should be done, no worries! Make your best guess and we'll evaluate your bikes' needs when you arrive for drop-off. It's really that easy.

We come to you! Bicycle Garage Indy offers mobile service in the greater Indianapolis area. You can book us to visit your home or workplace at the time that you choose.

Inside the mobile bike shop, we carry a wide assortment of parts and accessories, making it possible to get nearly any bike up and running. Most importantly, services are performed by one of BGI's veteran mechanics. You'll get the friendly expertise that you expect from BGI and also get the convenience of choosing a time and place that fits your schedule.

BGI SERVICE WARRANTY

Bicycle Garage Indy guarantees that all service work is free of defects in both materials and workmanship for ninety days. This warranty does not cover accidents, neglect, abuse, misuse, or normal wear. In no event shall Bicycle Garage Indy be liable for any damages, whether incidental, consequential, or otherwise.
