Hoist's 7 position F.I.D. Bench offers an ideal platform for strength workouts, whether you're using it as a standalone bench or with a functional trainer, rack or Smith system (each sold separately). Quick and easy to adjust, this super-stout bench offers flat, decline and a variety of incline positions, plus a 3-position seat pad and a height-adjustable leg hold-down. This comfy bench accepts Hoist's Leg Extension/Leg Curl and Preacher Curl attachments (each sold separately) for added versatility.
